Give us food or money for the Food Bank which does not have enough to meet the current increase in demand
Volunteer to help with the Fun 4 Kids event in Poole town centre on August 5th
Volunteer 1 or 2 hours a week, regularly, to take out elderly people and help them establish links outside their homes
